RiseMD is a proprietary healthcare marketing platform for dental practices, DSOs, and health systems. The platform tracks patients from first ad click through phone call through appointment through treatment through payment. Not clicks. Revenue.

WinitClinic: Functional Medicine Marketplace

WinitClinic connects patients with independent practitioners: functional medicine doctors, naturopathic doctors, holistic medicine practitioners, health coaches, chiropractors, and dietitians. The platform includes practitioner discovery, booking, real-time chat, video consultations, and at-home health testing (food sensitivity, gut microbiome, hormones, heavy metals, mycotoxin, micronutrient tests).

Built on Nuxt.js with iOS and Android companion apps. The credential verification challenge: no unified national API exists for non-MD/DO practitioners. Each board maintains its own registry. At-home testing requires CLIA-certified lab integration, specimen logistics, and clinician sign-off.

MOTTIV: Endurance Training for Triathlon Taren

MOTTIV is an endurance training platform built from scratch for Taren Gesell (Triathlon Taren, 200K YouTube subscribers). Personalized training plans for triathlon, marathon, running, and cycling. Workout flows, video training, progress analytics, community features, and subscription billing.

The architecture challenge: triathlon means three disciplines (running, cycling, swimming), each with different workout types, metrics, and progression models. The app had to be flexible enough to support all three plus standalone programs. Offline mode was essential because athletes train without internet.

Built over 2 years by a 5-person team (iOS developer, 2 backend engineers, QA, PM). 10,000+ athlete community.
