This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies are used on the website at eltexsoft.com (the “Site”), operated by Icemint LLC d/b/a EltexSoft (“EltexSoft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Read this Policy together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. Cookies are widely used to make websites work, to make them work more efficiently, and to provide information to the website’s operator. Similar technologies include localStorage, sessionStorage, web beacons, and pixel tags.
We refer to all of these collectively in this Policy as “cookies.”
2. Cookies on this Site
The Site uses a small number of cookies, set either by us (“first-party”) or by the third-party services described below (“third-party”). We group cookies by purpose:
- Strictly necessary — required for the Site to function or to be served securely. These cookies do not require consent.
- Advertising attribution (United States visitors only) — set or read by the OpenAI Ads pixel described in Section 2.3, loaded only for visitors located in the United States and only where no Global Privacy Control signal is present.
Other than the United States–only advertising-attribution pixel described in Section 2.3, the Site does not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, social-media tracking cookies, retargeting pixels, session-replay cookies, or heat-mapping cookies. Site analytics are provided by Cloudflare Web Analytics in a server-side configuration that does not set cookies or load client-side scripts.
2.1 Cloudflare (strictly necessary, operational)
We use Cloudflare for content delivery and security (including bot mitigation), and we use Cloudflare Web Analytics in its server-side, no-client-script configuration, which does not set cookies in your browser for analytics purposes.
In the course of providing content delivery and security, Cloudflare may set the following operational cookies:

2.2 Google Fonts (no cookies)
The Site uses the Inter font from Google Fonts, operated by Google LLC. Loading the font causes your browser to make a request to Google’s servers. Google Fonts does not set cookies. However, the request itself discloses your IP address and basic request metadata (such as the user-agent string and the requested font file) to Google. See Section 4.2 of the Privacy Policy for further detail.
2.3 OpenAI Ads pixel (United States visitors only)
For visitors whose location is determined to be the United States, the Site loads the OpenAI Ads pixel to measure the effectiveness of our own advertising (click attribution and a single lead-generation event — a contact-form submission). When loaded, the pixel may set or read identifiers stored on your device (for example, in cookies or local storage) to attribute a visit, and a subsequent contact-form submission, to an advertising campaign.
This pixel is not loaded for visitors located in the EEA, the UK, or anywhere outside the United States, and is not loaded for any visitor whose browser transmits a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. You can also prevent or remove these identifiers using the browser controls in Section 3.1. See Section 4.4 of the Privacy Policy for further detail.

3. How to manage cookies

3.1 Browser controls

Blocking strictly necessary cookies may cause parts of the Site to malfunction, including security and bot-mitigation features.
3.2 Global Privacy Control (GPC) and Do Not Track
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out preference signal where applicable law treats it as such. Most modern browsers also support a Do Not Track signal; we treat a Do Not Track signal as a request to limit non-essential tracking on the device that sent it.
3.3 EEA / UK visitors
For visitors in the EEA and the UK, the Site does not set non-essential cookies. The cookies in use for these visitors (Section 2.1) are strictly necessary for security and content delivery and do not require consent under the ePrivacy Directive, and the United States–only advertising-attribution pixel described in Section 2.3 is not served to visitors located in the EEA or the UK. If we add non-essential cookies for EEA or UK visitors in the future, we will obtain opt-in consent before setting them in jurisdictions that require it (including the EEA and the UK).
4. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the cookies in use, to legal requirements, or to our practices. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a new “Effective Date.”
