EltexSoft builds dedicated engineering teams for funded startups, scaleups, and Fortune 500 companies. We are not a marketplace or body shop — engineers are full-time employees who stay on client projects for years (average engagement 3+ years, longest 10 years).

Three engagement models: team augmentation (1–5 senior engineers embedded in your standup), dedicated team (full team on retainer with our tech lead and QA), and full project ownership (we deliver, you review every two weeks). Rates: $50-99/hr on monthly retainer.
